Galaxy changes the game in UV curable and water­based industrial inkjet by providing the most affordable color and fastest black.

Galaxy is easily added to existing presses, creating hybrid print systems. Or use Galaxy in standalone applications such as vacuum conveyors or rewinders.

With print widths available in multiples of 100 mm, almost any width can be addressed without a decrease in performance.

With monochrome printing speeds as high as 439 m/min (1440 ft/min) at 600×600 dpi and CMYK color printing speeds up to 110 m/min (360 ft/min) at 600×600 dpi, Galaxy meets or exceeds throughput requirements for most applications.

Process Colour Printing – Print solids (e.g. logos) and photo quality images with easy-to-use, built-in colour matching tools and precise colour reproduction.
Broad Substrate Compatibility – Print permanent, durable images with UV-curable inks onto poly materials, coated cartons, labels, card stock, plastics, and other difficult substrates. Use water-based

inks to print onto porous substrates like paper, cardboard, or envelopes.

I00mm Print Modules – Add additional print width in increments of I 00mm

Fastest Piezo Inkjet – Galaxy uses some of the fastest piezo print heads on the market, with a 43+ kHz firing rate for both UV curable and water-based inks.The max print speeds are 4 39m/min ( 1440 ft/min) at 600×600 DPI and 878 m/min (2889 ft/min) at 600×300 DPI.

Robust Ink System – Precise vacuum control of meniscus and ink degassing ensure reliable print head operation and consistent print quality Top off ink while printer is running.

Flexible Software – Use our feature-rich but easy-to-use Composer job layout software, with advanced features like Colour Matching, PDFWorkflow, Proofing, Read and Print, Supervisor Mode, and

Composer Remote Interface.

Turn key System – The Galaxy turnkey printer quickly attaches to your transport and works together as a seamless unit. A la crate components are also available.
