Summary
Insource’s new all-in-one INcut DC-8060 is a state-of-the-art intelligent finishing solution that complements digital production with simplicity and creativity. It automatically feeds, cuts, creases and kiss-cuts digital sheets in a single process. It also accommodates coated and non-coated papers, folding cartons, labels, magnets, synthetic papers and other substrates.
Utilizing a linear axis gantry, the INcut DC-8060 incorporates a creasing wheel, cutting tools and an optional plotting pen. Users simply add a QR code to each sheet and watch as the registration camera scans each sheet and references the correct cut file located on your computer. An automatic sheet feeder allows users to load up to 4″ of materials. Cutting accuracy is up to 0.1 mm and, depending on the material, the new finisher can cut up to 1.5 mm/0.06″ of thickness. The INcut recognizes files created in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw exported in .PLT and .DXF format.
